character cannot move after server down

my chars just stay in its position no matter what i do. this happens when the server went down while i was collecting. at first when i thought there is something wrong with my keyboard but when i log in my other character it moves like normal, so i'm quite sure it is not a problem on my side but rather on the theres. so i have been wondering if this has happen to someone else. if so please tell me how you manage to fix this problem. any help would be appreciated thank you in advance guys.
