please advice me for HOP damage..

Coz i have a jester hero level i made it pure str. and have equips. with 600+str but i still hit 29k on monsters and 17k on other player..
please tell me the exact calculation for HOP.

you using ulti +10 ancient yoyo 36% pvp damage? and any premiums that increases attack rate?

i am using ultimate B.yoyo+2 10/10 +70str.

i guess my attack rate total is 4000+

do u know what is the basis for HOP damage?
